Chairman - Paul Goulding

Paul Goulding was elected as North Dakota Petroleum Marketers Association chairman at the annual 2007 convention in Fargo, ND. He has served on the NDPMA board of directors since 2004.  Goulding is also on the Board of Directors for the Petroleum Marketers Association of America.
